or your loved one's lifestyle, and the kind of assistance needed to remain independent at home. We will meet with you and
your family and jointly determine the type of care needed.

to Orange Counties seniors. If for any reason we are unable to provide services, we will refer you to only the best providers
and help you through your journey.

During the assessment, we explain fully the services available, answer any additional
questions and help with important care decisions.
First Choice Senior Services is also available to do an assessment at a hospital
or facility. If you or a loved one is recovering, we can make sure you have a caring, Experienced companion
to provide care when you arrive home.
